Rental Conditions:
£100 per week deposit* is payable to secure reservation with full payment due 8 weeks prior to arrival.
*Security deposit will be returned subject to no damage/breakages/excessive cleaning requirements.
Note: Prices may be subject to change at the owner’s discretion. Christmas and New year periods £500 PW (security deposit £200 pw)
*The original deposit of £100 PW paid to confirm booking now acts as a bond against any damage to the property, excessive cleaning or lost keys and will be returned to you by first class post provided all is left as found.
Should linen be required, there is an additional £5 per head for laundry payable locally at the end of your stay.

Rentals of three weeks or longer qualify for substantial reductions (except for June, July and August). Please enquire for details.
