It is not until you go though the rear door and onto the large terrace that you see the natural terrain has allowed this apartment complex to be built in very attractive 'steps and stairs' on the hillside of the Vista Golf resort.

Luxury and style is what's on offer in these beautifully appointed bungalow-apartments. Their spacious living areas provide comfort and plenty of seating with deep leather sofas.

The sideboards house flat screen TVs which have a UK TV package. DVD players and portable stereos are also provided. Other furnishings include matching coffee tables, occasional tables and standard lamps.

Exquisite, aesthetically pleasing, pictures adorn the walls throughout the properties together with mirrors and floor level floral decorations.

The oval extendable dining tables with their 4 comfortable chairs are situated next to the open kitchens (extra seats available).

Each kitchen is fully equipped with oven and hob, fridge freezer, microwave oven and even a dishwasher.

Other equipment in each apartment includes a toaster, kettle, iron and ironing board and clothes airer.

All the necessary kitchen and household equipment is provided.

Each bathroom has a bath with overhead shower, w.c and wash hand basin.

The 2 bedrooms in each are spacious and once again very tastefully appointed.

The charming main bedrooms offer havens to relax. The opulent design comprises: super-king size bed which can be split into twin beds if required, in-built wwardrobe, 2 bedside tables and lamps and a matching 3 drawer tall boy.

The stylish and bright second bedrooms have 2 single beds plus an additional pull out bed for guests together with a Z bed.

These bedrooms have bedside tables with lamps and free standing wardrobes.

The outside space is also very impressive with a front garden and off road parking and a large rear terrace.

The main bedroom has lovely king size bed with bedside table and lamp. There is an additional dawer unit. This bedroom also has fitted wardrobes and a ceiling fan.

Second bedroom has pine twin beds, freestanding storage unit and wardrobe.

As these are the owners holiday homes, they are furnished to an extremely high standard. The owners would expect guests to take care of the property and it contents. These are residential complexes, so guests are expected to observe the Community Rules & Regulations which will be displayed in the apartments.
